Responsible for assisting Prof. Dr. Adams in designing, disseminating, and evaluating Educational Implementation Research. Internship consisted mainly of two activities:

  1. Identifying major variables influencing implementation of

educational policies and plans;

  1. Development, distribution and analysis of an implementation questionnaire, which was given to a group of participants in a training program at the University of Pittsburgh.
